Shipping Policy

  1. At Woven Mysteries, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
  2. We offer free shipping all over India.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available to select pin codes and orders upto Rs.20,000 within India. In case of COD we charge Rs. 200 for Shipping.
  4. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

International Shipping

Please add products to the shopping cart and proceed for check out.
International Shipping charges are calculated by our system based on parcel weight and your zip code.
It is logistically more viable to club a few orders together and have them shipped instead of a smaller order.
There are a few countries which charge a custom fee at the port of entry based on shipment value. Woven Mysteries India is not responsible in case of additional custom duty.
We do not have a policy for international Returns however we will provide full support in case of any problem faced with the shipment.

Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations once order is placed and paid for on our website.

Returns

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned goods are received by us and refund is approved. We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product by our Courier Partner.
  2. Jewelry will not be exchanged nor can it be returned unless it is damaged in transit.
  3. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should not have any perfume fragrance.
  4. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please return it in lieu of credit through the WM Wallet. You can then use this credit to purchase a new item separately. We allow this only for sarees and home decor products. Store Credit will be processed within 2 working days after the returned goods are received by us and is approved.
  5. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  6. We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, we strictly do not accept return of products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy.
  7. Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Woven Mysteries. We will not offer any refund in such a case.
  8. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  9. All returns/ refunds are subject to the discretion of Woven Mysteries.
